One of the best things about being human is the hands.

I like to use my hands. I’m always wondering what the body is. 

Most things I make contain this wondering. I think of drawing as my primary artistic urge even when I am working in 3 dimensions.

 

Recently I’ve been making figures with magnets inside them.

The magnets have strong opinions and longings. The ancient Greeks believed they had souls. I like how their souls  make them unpredictable and disobedient.
